# Analyzing calls

> Review calls, process them as a team, and keep an eye on your key metrics.

After every call, the full recording and tools for team follow-up are available to you in the portal.

## Call list

The **call list** shows all calls for your tenant. You filter by:

* **Time period**
* **Phone number**
* **Status**

Each call carries a **call status** (e.g. completed) and a **processing status** (open / in progress / completed), so your team stays on top of things.

## Call detail

In the detail view of a call, you find:

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Transcript" icon="file-lines">
    The complete conversation history as a sequence of messages (caller and agent).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Summary" icon="wand-magic-sparkles">
    An automatically generated short version of the conversation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Comments" icon="comment">
    Internal notes from your team about the call, as a discussion thread.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Assignment" icon="user-check">
    Assign the call to a team member for processing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Tags" icon="tags">
    Classify calls with freely assignable keywords for analysis and filtering.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Metrics dashboard

The **dashboard** condenses your calls into key metrics:

* **Overview cards** with the most important figures,
* a **time-series chart** over a selectable time period.

This lets you spot patterns – such as call volume by time of day – and the effectiveness of your agents.

<Info>
  Visibility depends on your permissions: who is allowed to see the dashboard or individual call actions is controlled via [Users & Team](/en/benutzer-team).
