# Settings

> Data protection, appearance, and language for your tenant.

In **Settings**, you manage tenant-wide defaults.

## Data protection & retention

You define how long call and dialog data is kept before it is deleted:

* **Retention of calls** (in days)
* **Retention of dialogs/transcripts** (in days)

Shorter periods mean stricter data minimization. Choose values that fit your legal and organizational requirements.

<Warning>
  The **automatic, scheduled deletion** after the retention period expires is currently being finalized. The retention periods are already configurable; the planned automatic enforcement will follow.

## Appearance

Adjust the **primary color** of the interface to match your corporate design.

## Language

Choose the **language** of the interface. The portal is available in **German** and **English**.

  The language of the interface is independent of the **language of the agent** in the conversation – the latter is set per agent in the [model parameters](/en/agenten-verwalten).
